Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for a week, so far so good. Works as it should. The only complaint that I have is that the ice cube tray takes up a lot of space in the refrigerator - but that wouldn't stop me from buying it.

Buyer beware...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so disappointed in this refrigerator! We bought this model 5 years ago for a different house, and LOVED it! This newer model is so cheaply made. The drawers have to be forced open and closed, the plastic bins are thin, and the fingerprint-less finish is not as fingerprint-less as it used to be. The deli drawer is HALF the size that it used to be! I wished we had looked at other makes and models before assuming we would get the same quality only 5 years later.

DON'T PURCHASE THIS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would never purchase this item again --- I needed a refrigerator and it was the only that fit my kitchen available. I had to call serviceman the 3rd day after I received it as the freezer would not close completely and frost built up everywhere. The handles were not designed by a female as they open upside down and fill with stuff. The butter shelf has no cover to help keep butter from getting freezing cold and hard. The water dispenser is very inconvenient for any right-handed person - you have to push button with left hand and hold container with the right. I wish this one would just go away. My LG was wonderful until a shelf broke.

Great Refrigerator, except

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given 5 stars, except that I cannot remove or move the stupid basket divider in the freezer, No where in the manual are instructions to move or remove the divider. The other problemis the door alarm, can't make it louder?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this appliance three weeks ago and it has been leaking in the left front corner ever since. Shut the water off last weekend, and woke up to another puddle this morning. Waiting for repair.

Love This Refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy with this refrigerator. I had a four-year old Whirlpool side-by-side that I hated! The water/ice dispenser in the door had the worst design and I was frustrated daily. I love the space in this new one. Although it’s the same size, there is much more room. They use a different stainless steel on this as well. It’s a much better quality.

Mysterious Label

This model is great looking and spacious. However, no one at Whirlpool can seem to answer my question about a label that is on the inside, top right of the touch panel.
